John Tyson, CFO of Tyson Foods, was arrested again Thursday on charges of DWI and reckless driving. After the arrest, Tyson Foods said he had been suspended from that position. Booking information from the Washington County Detention Center shows Tyson was arrested at 1:32 a.m. Thursday and released nine hours later at 10:41 a.m. He will appear in court on Friday.
